1. What Beni Is (and Isn't)

• Beni's Purpose: Beni helps patients manage their care by sending reminders, health check-ins, and updates on behalf of their healthcare providers.
• Not a Medical Professional: Beni is a communication tool, not a doctor, nurse, or medical professional. Beni does not provide medical diagnoses or replace professional medical advice. Always follow the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider.

2. Enrollment and Consent

• Enrollment in Beni requires explicit verbal consent.
• By consenting, you agree to receive SMS and/or phone calls from Beni on behalf of your provider.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when using Beni.
• Only use Beni for personal, lawful purposes related to your healthcare.
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service (for example, by spamming, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access).

5. Sharing Information with Your Provider
