We’re clinicians, technologists, operators, and creatives united by a mission to build the next era of healthcare. A future that is profoundly more human, intelligent, and empowering than the one we inherited. Beni is built by people who understand what is possible when AI is orchestrated by intelligent human design.
Ben spent 30 years rising through every layer of American healthcare — from practicing physician to health system executive overseeing eight hospitals, 155 outpatient sites, and more than 31,000 staff at Corewell Health East. He currently serves at Banner Health, where he continues to shape academic medicine and lead some of the country's most complex healthcare organizations through periods of transformation and growth. Harvard MHCM. George Washington University School of Medicine. Seven-time Castle Connolly Top Doctor. At Beni, he brings a rare combination of clinical credibility, operational scale, and system-level perspective to one defining challenge: reimagining primary care for the age of AI.
Tom builds the systems that turn ambitious ideas into reality. He has shaped brand identity and campaigns for global luxury and retail companies, and helped launch a film franchise that grossed more than $170 million worldwide. Across industries, his work sits at the intersection of story, design, operations, and execution — aligning teams around a clear vision and carrying ideas from concept through deployment. At Beni, he leads operations, product identity, and organizational alignment, helping ensure the technology feels as thoughtful and human as the people using it.
Noelle knows how to turn momentum into structure. She scaled coLAB to an eight-figure valuation in 18 months, led Alley to profitability and two consecutive Inc. 5000 recognitions, and is now building Redy.com, rethinking how homes are bought and sold. She has spent her career understanding where markets are headed — and what organizations need in order to scale intelligently. At Beni, she helps shape the company itself: its strategy, growth, operational architecture, and long-term direction.
Tim has spent more than three decades leading from inside the realities of patient care — as a practicing Anesthesia-Intensivist, hospital president, chief medical officer, and founder of multiple medical practices. He has led surgical safety redesigns, value-based care implementation, and large-scale clinical operations with a leadership style grounded equally in rigor, empathy, and physician trust. MD from NEOMED. MHCM from Harvard. At Beni, he ensures the system remains clinically sound, operationally credible, and deeply aligned with the people it is meant to serve.
Simon has spent his career building products before there was language for them. He founded Ceros and grew it from startup to more than $50M ARR, scaling the company to 400 employees and helping pioneer AI-powered creative tools now used by global brands. He also co-founded Mallo, an autonomous AI therapy platform exploring the future of emotionally intelligent systems. At Beni, he leads product strategy, AI development, and user experience with the belief that the future of healthcare will be shaped as much by design and behavior as by technology itself.
Jenn has spent nearly two decades at the center of some of healthcare's most important technology transitions — from robotic surgery at Intuitive Surgical to spinal robotics at Mazor. Nationally recognized for top performance, she has built a career on recognizing where medicine is headed early and earning the trust of the people responsible for bringing new technology into care. She doesn't sell at people; she understands what they need. At Beni, she leads provider partnerships and growth, helping practices navigate the transition into a new model of continuous care.
Thomas is a systems thinker with an unusually broad technical range — equally fluent in architecture, AI behavior, product systems, and user experience. Thomas has built and shipped complex AI systems for more than three years, ranging from rolling out the AI strategy at Ceros in less than six months to creating AI voice-based therapy and customer support products. He has spent his career designing complex systems that remain usable, coherent, and trustworthy at scale. At Beni, he leads AI orchestration, product execution, and the agentic architecture behind the platform itself.
Susan brings together deep clinical experience and a designer's understanding of human behavior. Completing her PsyD in clinical psychology (August 2026), she has worked across addiction recovery, inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and correctional settings, specializing in trauma-informed care. A Stanford d.school Fellow and founder of three healthcare organizations, she has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of healthcare, design, and philanthropy. At Beni, she leads behavioral health and patient engagement with the belief that many of healthcare's hardest problems are ultimately human-centered design problems.
Vlad brings engineering rigor to some of Beni's most ambitious technical ideas. His work spans AI-native platforms including Rhapsody and Mallo, where reliability, precision, and system integrity matter as much as speed. He is the grounding force behind the infrastructure — the engineer responsible for ensuring complex systems remain stable, scalable, and production-ready inside one of the most highly regulated environments in the world. At Beni, he leads engineering and technical architecture, turning advanced AI systems into dependable healthcare technology.
