Every conversation becomes a clear, compliant clinical note in the chart, written to the highest industry standards. When Beni's clinical reasoning identifies a significant change in a patient's condition, Beni escalates the patient's care to your practice using your routing preferences, with transcript and draft note attached.
Beni closes out each enrolled patient's monthly record — APCM requirements tracked, chart note attached, documentation filed directly to your EMR. Your billing team gets a clean summary. Your clinicians review what needs attention. Beni also supports Chronic Care Management (CCM) workflows where applicable.
Beni operates as a Business Associate under a BAA with each participating practice. Conversations, transcripts, and chart notes are encrypted in transit and at rest, with structured audit logging designed to support CMS documentation and payer review.
